Thank you for choosing A Storage Place online payment option! As a first time visitor, you will need to create an online account, which is simply entering your existing information for your storage unit (i.e.: A01), your gate code, your email address and a password that you can easily remember. Once you have "signed up" you will be able to pay your bill online.

Please review the page completely before beginning your payment process. This system will be helpful if you are current with your monthly payments. Please note, any payments made 5 or more days late incur a 15% late charge. At that time our site management software locks you out of your unit and flags our staff to physically over-lock the unit. Therefore when making a late payment, you must allow a 24-48 hour delay in the physical removal of your lock. Partial payments are accepted but the unit will remain over-locked until the full amount is received. Customers who apply the concession of "6 months, 7th month free" option still are required to call or visit the office as we must do this manually in the system.

The "I accept" option is that you completely understand that if your unit is on over-lock due to late payment, the physical lock that we place on your door will not be removed from the door, and your code will not be released from over-lock status until a member of the team has manually removed it during regular business hours. In the event this is not acceptable to you, please wait until the office is open and a team member may assist you with your payment.
